The last day of summer was beautiful - warm & sunny, so the boys asked if we could hike up The Pinnacle. I thought that was a great idea! I decided to ride Tillie & lead Lily because they really need the exercise. Tillie needs to be in shape for tomorrow's penning at the Windsor Fair! We saw lots of toads, for some reason. The boys picked up trash and returnable bottles along the way. And even found a couple of treasures too! We had a lot of fun!!
Yesterday they started school. 3rd & 4th grade!! It doesn't seem possible!! They were not happy to be going back, but they bravely got onto the bus anyway. And when they got off in the afternoon, they both happily reported that they had had a good day! Yay!!
